The Practice is fully conversant with the complicated provisions of the advertisement regulations. We can advise you on the need for express consent for your advertisement and prepare and submit the planning application to the Council on your behalf. Pictured below is a sketch proposal created for a property in Shrewsbury, which was submitted along with other scaled, detailed plans. Although this scheme was not taken forward, it illustrates how we can deal with such applications, particuarly those located within Conservation Area;
Do you need brown tourism signage for a tourist facility?

We have contacts with the Shropshire Council Highways Officers regarding
the provision of brown tourism signage on highways and can make a specific
application on your behalf.
We have recently obtained planning permission for the erection and display of
signs leading towards the Land of Lost Content Museum in Craven Arms
(see picture right).
