Having difficulties obtaining planning permission for Market Housing?

Want to provide affordable housing for the youth of your community?

National planning legislation encourages LPA's to grant planning permission for affordable housing schemes as an exception to the usual restrictive planning policies outside settlements.  In addition to this, all new housing schemes on allocated land have to provide a percentage of affordable housing.

We have extensive experience of negotiating with LPA’s regarding the provision of affordable housing both on exception sites and as part of large housing developments.  We have contact with Housing Associations and Council Housing Officers who we work with on a regular basis to bring forward sites for affordable housing.

We also have a working relationship with a local development company which specialises in the construction of affordable housing and we are therefore, currently actively seeking new sites for affordable housing.

If you own land currently not allocated for general housing development on the edge of a settlement or next to a group of buildings, we can act on your behalf in obtaining planning consent for affordable housing purposes.

A newspaper article published on the 17th November 2009 relating to an affordable housing scheme, in Uffington Shropshire, that we were involved in can be read here.
