LES STEPHAN PLANNING LTD

This is an aspect of planning legislation which allows landowners to regularise an existing use of land, or a building which has not been the subject of a formal planning consent.  It involves the submission to the Council of evidence of use or the period of time which a building has been erected.  If the evidence is conclusive the Council will issue a Certificate of Lawfulness.

We can assist you to compile the necessary evidence and submit the formal application for a Certificate on your behalf.
