·         Trees located in Conservation Areas or the subject of a Tree Preservation Order (TPO).

·         Removal of hedges in the countryside.

Is your neighbour’s hedge obscuring your light or overshadowing your garden due to its excessive height?

 

If you are unable to reach agreement with your neighbour to reduce the height of the hedge, we can submit a formal complaint to the Council on your behalf under the High Hedges Regulations introduced in 2003.
