We know how difficult the planning process can be and it is becoming increasingly complex.  The recent introduction of a new 10 page nationwide planning application form (1APP) and the requirement for supporting information such as Arboricultural Reports, Flood Risk Assessments, Traffic Impact Assessments, Wildlife Surveys, Noise Reports, Ground Contamination Reports, Mining Reports, etc., can all seem very daunting.  All this has made it even more difficult for people to submit their own planning applications.  We however, have established excellent contacts over the years and can put together a team of Professionals with expertise in any or all these areas as necessary.  We are experienced in co-ordinating a team of professionals to provide the information necessary to support your planning application and meet the needs of the Local Planning Authority.

Once your planning application has been prepared and submitted we will monitor it through the planning process through to determination, keeping you informed and updated along the way.
