We are a Town Planning and
Development Consultancy based
in the historic market town of
Shrewsbury covering the whole
of Shropshire, the surrounding
counties and Mid and West Wales
and know our area very well.
In our experience local knowledge
can be invaluable in planning terms.
Our senior Planning Consultants are members of the Royal Town Planning Institute and former Local Authority Planners, with a wide knowledge and expertise in Town Planning. They are experienced in both urban and rural issues and can therefore, help you with planning matters right across the spectrum e.g. residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial, minerals and waste, or tourism and leisure.
We are a friendly and efficient team who would like to help you through the increasingly difficult and complex planning processes. We understand that planning can prove to be a bit of a minefield and both time consuming and somewhat frustrating at times! Over the years we have established good working relations with all the Local Planning Authorities (LPA) that we deal with.
Using our excellent network of contacts we are also able to put together and co-ordinate a team of professionals who can provide the ever growing amount of information and reports required by LPA’s to support your planning application.
We have a number of sites with and without planning permission that we are adveritising on behalf of our clients.
Please see our "Sites for Development" page and contact us if you're interested!
