Introduction to Developers

We are able to offer a site introductory service and endeavour to find the right developer for our clients’ sites when they wish to sell.  We can provide this service without charge to our clients as we can agree an introductory commission payable to us by the developer on the sale of the site.  

Developers are interested in sites both with and without planning permission but sometimes clients wish to obtain planning permission before we offer the site for sale to developers. 

However, if clients do not wish to incur fees or, are unable to fund the project themselves, we are able to find developers who are willing to fund the project in return for an option agreement to buy the site if they wish, once planning consent has been obtained.
